Each individual is only permitted one account only within the fortuna33 system. Your account must be registered under your own personal name.

The use of automated software, bots or any technology to register or interact with the fortuna33 platform in a fraudulent manner is strictly prohibited.
fortuna33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) — such as a copy of your IC or passport — before processing your first withdrawal or in cases where account activity requires verification.
Inaccurate or false account information may result in account suspension and the account balance being held pending a full investigation by the fortuna33 team.

Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your fortuna33 account automatically. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

Deposits made using funds that do not belong to you may result in your account being suspended and all balances held pending investigation.

Withdrawals & Processing Times

Fortuna33 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms apply to all members on our platform. Understanding these terms will help you plan your withdrawals more effectively and avoid unnecessary delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account's VIP tier — starting from RM10,000 per day for standard members.
Withdrawals to DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 5 minutes for requests that meet all verification requirements. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for KYC review.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
Withdrawals will be held if your account still has an active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements. You may choose to cancel the bonus first if you wish to proceed with the withdrawal — however, the bonus will be forfeited.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

100% welcome bonus up to RM588 is available for new members on their first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 25x of the bonus amount received. Example: a RM100 bonus requires a total wager of RM2,500 before withdrawal.
The wagering requirement period is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirements within this period will expire automatically.

Fortuna33 members are expected to treat dealers, fellow players and the support team with respect. Disruptive, threatening or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated on our platform.

All games on fortuna33 are played using real deposited funds. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed, unless there is a clear technical error.
If a technical disruption affects an ongoing game round, fortuna33 will return the full bet amount to your account within 24 hours.

Account Closure & Suspension

Fortuna33 members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Additionally, fortuna33 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts on the following grounds.

Temporary Suspension: An account may be temporarily suspended if fortuna33 requires additional identity verification, if suspicious activity is under investigation, or at the member's own request for a gaming break.
